If you have made any single payment(s) above $250 for the current tax year, CPSG, Inc. will send you a receipt before January 31 of the following year.

To assure your receipt reaches you, please fill out your full home address on the pledge card. Your pay stubs or cancelled check will serve as record of your Donation to meet IRS regulations.
